Privacy policy

This privacy policy covers the Western Sydney Pest & Termite website, operated by Leadman (ABN 96 913 853 143), Merrylands NSW. It explains what we collect when you request a quote and how we use it.

How we handle your details (collection notice)

Western Sydney Pest & Termite is a referral service run by Leadman (ABN 96 913 853 143), Merrylands NSW, ibby@leadman.com.au — we are not the pest control company. We collect your name, phone, email, suburb and job details to match you with a local licensed pest control business. With your consent, we pass these details to that business for a fee so they can contact you about your enquiry. If you do not give these details, we cannot arrange a quote. We also use service providers — such as our website, phone-tracking and call-recording providers — some of whom may store data outside Australia. This policy explains how to access or correct your information and how to complain.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, phone number, suburb and the pest problem) so we can respond to your enquiry. We also record standard analytics and advertising identifiers (such as Google Click IDs and UTM parameters) to understand which campaigns generate enquiries. Calls made through numbers on this site may be recorded.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry and pass it, with your consent, to one local licensed pest controller who services your area and pays Leadman for referrals, and to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information for any other purpose or share it with anyone the collection notice above does not describe.

Access, correction & complaints

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing ibby@leadman.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to measure site activity and conversions. These tools may set cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
